This mind-boggling house was designed by the Polish architect Klaudiusz Golos and Sebastion Mikuciuk in 2008 for an art exhibition. The most remarkable part of this structure is that everthing inside too is upside down hence it is now a popular tourist destination.

This unusually shaped house looks something out of this world, built by Gilbartolome Architects into a cliff-side in Salobreña in Spain. The unique shell shape of the house is specially designed to keep the interiors cool in summer.

Built in 2007, designed by Hefei University of Technology and has been built to a scale of 50:1 of the actual instruments size, this unique Piano and Violin structure was built to exhibit plans of the newly created district of Shannan in Huainan City, China. The transparent Violin houses series of escalators to enter the main Piano building. Unusual yet functional!

Also known as House of Stone, no need to guess why? This house looks something straight out of the stone-age era. It is located in the Fafe Mountains of Portugal, it was initially used by the owners as holiday destination. The building is located near a wind electricity farm, although there is no electricity inside the house itself. Today, Casa de Penedo is a small museum of relics and photographs from Penedo’s history.
